WHAT IS TCD (Thermo Chemical Depolymerization)?
Plastic TCD, also named as thermal deploymerisation, is a chemical reaction , that involves molecular breakdown of larger molecules into smaller molecules in presence of heat.
The process of TCD (Thermo Chemical Depolymerization) involves molecular vibration. Molecular vibration is the frequency at which molecules vibrates. It is directly proportional to the temperature of molecules. During the TCD process, due to high temperature, the object’s molecules are lead to very high molecular vibrations. At this stage, the high molecule vibration breaks down the large molecules to small.

VERTE-X
VERTE-X is the end product of waste plastic TCD. This end product is widely used as an alternate for furnace oil or industrial diesel. PEPL Produced VERTE-X has calorific value ( energy content) of 10,000 to 10,800 cal/kg. This content is equivalent to diesel.
